Black Friday Sale at Stamping Scrapping

image
Surprise!! The sale is starting early ....... 11 A.M. EST. Enjoy!!

It’s that time of year again, the turkey, ham, yams, rolls, all of the good fixins’ of Thanksgiving ….. and shopping!
Black Friday is a tradition for some, to get up early, fight the crowds and hit the stores to pick up the best bargains possible. Why not get an early start on your shopping without even leaving the comfort of your own home?
Hop on over to Stamping Scrapping at 7PM EST Thursday evening for a HUGE sale. Never shopped at Stamping Scrapping? Here is short bio about them:
Stamping Scrapping is a brick front and online store owned by Kevin and Cindy Echtinaw. We have been servicing our community for 10 years and the cyber world for five. Stamping Scrapping has over 6500 items in stock from buttons to Sizzix Big Shotz. We also offer special orders of items that we do not stock, if you want it we will get it! Shipping is lightning fast and our customers receive their orders within 24-48 hours of purchasing in stock items. All of our customers, stateside and international, receive the best customer service available including quick (sometimes immediate) response to emails, phone calls and even some times hand delivery 7 days a week. We have own line of acrylic stamps, Stamping Scrapping Designs (SSD) that were created to use with Spellbinders and we are proud to be a Preferred Stamp Company with Spellbinders. We also have our own line of card scents and are the North American distributors for Bildmalarna and Gilli stamp lines. We also have several videos showcasing craft products and how to use them.
Tons of items have been marked down to make room for the new items to be released at the Winter CHA. You will find items starting at .99 and tons marked 40% – 70% off the already low discounted price from embellishments to machines.
If you want to get a head start grab a cup of your favorite beverage, pad and pencil and browse through the ‘aisles’ for those items to purchase. Stamping Scrapping even has a registry where you can add items that are viewable to all or just for you to see. When you are ready for a purchase you can purchase from inside your registry, that’s my favorite way to shop! Or you can make yourself a list but be sure you know what they are so you can get in there and shop fast before items are sold out. Cindy always has surprises in store so you never know what you might find! Happy Shopping!

Sketch Challenge at House Mouse and Friends

Today it is my turn, Stephanie, to post my creation for this great sketch challenge!

image

I chose the Stamping Scrapping House Mouse stamp of the month … St. Nick Mouse and Joy Doubled.

IMG_1471 (Small)

Aren’t they just adorable? I had so much fun coloring them with my Copics. I used MS Icicles Border punch and lots of Ranger Stickles.

Here is a close up of my image.

IMG_1474 (Small)

I stamped the sentiment using Memento ink and then wrote over it with Ranger Stickles.

IMG_1473 (Small)

The sparkles for the snow came from my DecoArt Glistening Snow Writer.

Thanks for stopping by and hope you will join us at House Mouse and Friends for this wonderful sketch challenge.

Today I am focusing on Spellbinders S4-283 2010 Heirloom Ornament die templates and also using Beaded Ovals die templates, Lacey Squares die templates, SSD Lacey Squares, Classic Squares Small, Fancy Tags, SSD Celebrate  and SSD Beaded Ovals stamps by Stamping Scrapping, I-Rock tool, Bildmalarna Excited MimosaBildmalarna Where’s Santa, Bildmalarna Cozy Hearth and copics.

    Here is my project.

     IMG_1455 (Small)

I chose to make a Christmas morning scene. What better way to showcase these great Heirloom dies.

    IMG_1456 (Small)

On top of the box I cut four #4 (2 7/8  x 4) and placed the points in each corner. I then used the lacey squares on top of the ornament cut outs. I added rhinestones to the corners and also to the SSD Lacey Squares stamps.  Here is a close up of the lid.

    IMG_1457 (Small)

For the sides of my box I cut out the opening using #5 ( 3 3/4 x 5 1/8). I added vinyl for my opening and then cut another ornament using the #4 & #5 heirloom dies.

    IMG_1460 (Small)

Above is a side profile picture of looking through two sides of the box. I also added hanging ornaments that used the #1 heirloom die template.

    IMG_1459 (Small)

Here is a side picture of the box.

    IMG_1461 (Small)

And another SSD stamp. These are wonderful stamps, they are interchangeable with several Spellbinders dies, and they stamp fantastically.

    IMG_1458 (Small)

Is there more? Yes, there is a few more.

     IMG_1462 (Small)

On the inside of the box is a Christmas morning scene. Imagine sitting by the fire opening presents? Well, that is exactly what my scene is.

    IMG_1464 (Small)

Little Mimosa opening presents complete with torm wrapping paper.

    IMG_1463 (Small)

And Mimosa checking to see who is under that Santa hat. It appears to be Mimo.

    IMG_1465 (Small)

And my final pic is the wall hanging that is part of the decor of the ‘house’ and that is a wall hanging using the Beaded Ovals template and SSD stamps.

Now, what do you do next?
Simply leave a comment on my blog to be eligible to win the Spellbinders Holiday Hoppin’ Prize Package!  One winner will be chosen from all the comments on all the blogs participating today.  Comments made in the first 48 hours of this post will be eligible to win.  Winner’s names will be published on the Spellbinders Blog on November 22, and they will have 48 hours to reply to Spellbinders to claim the prizes.

    Yellow and Black at SSCC

Today it is my turn, Stephanie, to show you my creation for the yellow and black challenge at Stamping Scrapping Challenge Central.

My husband recently had a birthday so I made this card for him.

    IMG_1450 (Small)

I know, a bow on a man’s card ….. I couldn’t resist, it needed something and I like bows so hubby got a bow!

I used black embossing powder to add more blacks to the side. I also used SSD What a Swirl, SSD Beaded Ovals and SSD Celebrate stamp sets for my focal point.

Do you have any yellow and black? Can’t wait to see it. You still have time to enter so come on and give it a shot!

    Focus on Red with Bildmalarna

    Hi Friends,

Today there is a new challenge at the Bildmalarna Challenge blog. We have a color inspiration challenge for you … Focus on Red.

For my project I chose to make a box with a surprise inside.

     IMG_1431 (Small)

I used the following items which are available at Stamping Scrapping so be sure to check them out.

     IMG_1432 (Small)

And when you open the box the sides fall down and you see Mimo with Stocking Cap sitting on the Snowy Fence.

    IMG_1434 (Small)

I cut the trees out using my Stretch Your Imagination Cricut cart, added some Vanilla Smooch Spritz, flowers, snow and little Christmas lights from my stash. I inked the edges of the box using the new Tim Holtz Victorian Velvet distress ink.

    IMG_1437 (Small)

This is a close up of the front of the box.

    IMG_1433 (Small)

    An ‘aerial’ view.
