Yes, it is. The sun is shining and I do not have to work today so it is definitely pleasing.
My day has started out great. We have owls in our area and one in particular I have been seeing a lot but he/she has been pretty camera shy. Well, this morning it decided to drop by, literally. I was sitting in my chair by the sliding glass door and see something drop. I look out and the owl is on the ground looking around. It then flies up into the tree. I get my camera quietly and sneak back into the living room and it is still there.
I wanted to share this beautiful bird with you, truly amazing!

ReplyDeleteI do believe that's a barred owl. What a wonderful visitor. We have a sharp-shinned hawk keeping our chipmunk population in check. It's why we live in the country.
