Today I would like to show you the card I made using Top Hat and Tails Slippy from Digital Delights.

Isn’t he just the cutest? And he was so much fun to color!!

On the inside of the card I added the Happy Birthday Scroll and the same Fleur De Lis stamp. I also made this a gift card holder card.
