Today is my day to show you my embossing creation for the Stamping Scrapping Challenge Central challenge.
Here it is. Not much embossing on the card but the matting on the envelope is embossed. I did plan on embossing the card but got so wrapped up in making it that I forgot so I embossed the envelope. I made my box envelope with my Scor-pal. I made the border around the card using a Martha Stewart punch.
I used this adorable You and Me stamp by Bildmalarna. BTW – all Bildy stamps are 40% off at Stamping Scrapping so be sure to check them out. I used several Spellbinders dies on this card:
Here is a close up of this adorable stamp.
The sentiment is from the JustRite Stamper birthday kit.
Thanks for stopping by and visiting and hope you will come on over to Stamping Scrapping Challenge Central for our embossing challenge. The only requirement is to use something sold by Stamping Scrapping. See you there.
Our challenge over at Magnolia Stamp Lovers is an easy one, anything goes. Here is my creation for the challenge.
My youngest daughter will be 25 on the 15th of this month and this is her birthday card. Hard to believe that she is 1/4 of a century old …. lol!
For my images I chose to create a scene. I masked the swing and Tilda with ribbon. The summer background was done by airbrushing using Copics, my airbrush system and Windstorm compressor. The birds were added individually and I added dimension. The happy birthday hearts sentiment is by Bildmalarna.
I used the following Copics:
The border of my card is punched with a MS punch and I added these wonderful SSD Gardenia’s from the Aqua-Marine pack. I also used a slotted punch and then threaded ribbon through to create the border around the top part of the easel card.
My sentiment is computer generated. I use the MS border punch again and added some Imaginisce I-rock adhesive glitter gems.
Thanks for stopping by and visiting. Come on over to Magnolia Stamp Lovers and take a peek at all of the wonderful designer cards and why not enter while you are there?
Today it is my turn to show you my creation for the House of Gilli flower challenge. Believe it or not I had a little trouble with this. Why? Not sure, I wanted to do something different so different it is.
Well, what do you think? I thought these scallops looked like flowers so that started out as my focus but then I thought I should at least add some flowers too so I used the coordinating paper that had flowers in it and cut some out to go around my sentiment.
Here is a list of materials:
What will you create for our challenge?
