Vintage

I found this picture on Crafty Computer Paper along with some other beautiful mom's and daughter's. I was looking for something vintage for the Kaboodle challenge and the Charisma Cardz challenge. I also used the sketch from Sketch Saturday.

I used my nesties for the picture and the matting behind the picture. I used color core cardstock from Core'dinations. I love this paper, you can sand, file, buff to make it look old and there is a core color underneath the top layer. I used some other paper from my stash along with the flowers and brads. I used my home accents cart for the curly cues. The sentiment is from song that kept going around in my head while I was making the card so figured I should use it. Since I am not good at remember names and artists of songs couldn't tell you where it came from. All in all, I think it turned out OK. This is the first time I have made a vintage looking card.
