Our very generous sponsor for this challenge is

gif maker

So our prize is from Bunny-Zoe crafts.com

Thank you so much for your continued sponsorship Zoe.

I chose to use Little Cute Tilda for my card. I thought she was a perfect choice for buttons and bows.

I went for a CAS layout and a big bow that I made using Becca’s Peg Bow Maker, a little lace and these adorable little heart buttons from Oriental Trading and lace from Really Reasonable Ribbon. I used Spellbinders Floral Ovals and Spellbinders Classic Ovals Large. The sentiment is stamped with Ranger Archival Ink - Magenta Hue using Tim Holtz Simple Sayings.

I stamped Tilda with Tim Holtz distress ink Spun Sugar onto Make it Colourful blending card and colored her with the following Copics:

  • Skin – E02, E00, E000, R11
  • Clothes – RV34, RV55, RV32
  • Hair and lace – E55, E53, E51, E50

I would like to enter this in the following challenges:

Going Postal for Christmas

We are midway through our Going Postal challenge at Totally Tilda. We want to see your Tilda creations with a post mark, postage stamp or a post card …. easy peasy right?

Our challenge is sponsored by the lovely The Ribbon Girl

If you haven't been over to the Ribbon Girl shop you should go and have a peek at all the lovely goodies for sale over there .... everything is so yummy !!

For my card I chose an older Tilda – Christmas Morning Tilda from 2009. Seems like only yesterday that I first fell in love with her.

Papers are from my stash and the gorgeous stamp is from KaiserCraft called Postmarks. I stamped it with Versamark and added clear embossing powder. I then used Tim Holtz Distress Paint – Picket Fence to bring out the embossing.

I stamped Tilda onto Make it Colour blending card with Tim Holtz Distress Ink – Spun Sugar and colored her with Copics.

  • Skin – E23, E11, E21, E000, R11
  • Clothes – G29, G28, G24, G21, R29, R27, R24, R22

It’s all about the hair

Today I would like to show you a card I made using Aleisha. I just love coloring images with lots of long flowing hair. She is a perfect candidate.

001

I had a great time coloring this image.

I did step a little outside of my comfort zone for this one adding some BV20 for shading of the skin. I'm glad I did, I really like how it adds that translucent depth to the shadows. You should give it a try, I really think you will like it!

This is a pretty CAS card but the image is so gorgeous that I just didn't want to cover it up with a lot of embellishments. I added some bling and a couple little hearts and called it done.

Going Postal at Totally Tilda

It’s time for a new challenge at Totally Tilda and for this challenge we want to see Tilda all decked out for Christmas and some sort of postage stamp.

This challenge we are very lucky to be sponsored by the lovely The Ribbon Girl

If you haven't been over to the Ribbon Girl shop you should go and have a peek at all the lovely goodies for sale over there .... everything is so yummy !!
Thank you so much for sponsoring us  xx.

For my card I used Show the Way Tilda from the Winter Wonderland ‘13 collection. Flowers and pearl string are from Wild Orchid Crafts. The little berries are from a flower arrangement at Michael’s. Mesh also purchased from Michael’s. It’s a shame that the camera did not pick up all of the sparkles in the mesh but there are a lot.

I stamped Tilda onto Make it Colour blending card with Tim Holtz distress ink Spun Sugar and colored her with Copics.

  • Skin – R01, YR20, R11, R12, E11
  • Clothes – R89, R59, R39, Y28, Y26
  • Hair – E57, E39, E35, YR24
