Mini Scrapbook album

Sorry for all of the posts today but my grandson was visiting and was playing games on the puter so had to wait for him to go home.

This is a mini scrapbook album for a friend who is getting married tomorrow. She is getting married in Jamaica on 01-02-2010. There is a unique story behind the album and the date that they picked.

The reason for the date is it is the same forwards and backwards, makes it easy to remember. Pretty cool huh? They have chosen a beach theme for their wedding. For the paper I chose it isn't exactly wedding or beach them but there is a saying on it of 'yippy skippy' and that is the grooms nickname so I just had to use it.

This creation fits into five challenges:
So, here is a pic of the front of the album. I made some alterations to the pattern that is featured on Project Tuesday -- I made it larger and added more pages.

I used an image from Mo's Digital Pencil. Don't you just love her images? I think they are so adorable!! I wanted to do more on the front cover but there just wasn't room because I would have had to cover up the word 'Skippy' and that was the main reason for using this paper. Here is a close up of the image.

The image was printed using my Kodak ESP 3250 (one of the best printers in my opinion) onto Neenah paper available at stampingscrapping.com. I just love this paper, the copic inks just flow so freely on it, truly amazing!!

Here is a pic of the inside with the pages closed and open.

Thanks for stopping by and taking a peek.
