Hand Me Down

Well, yesterday I managed to get one more card in and just had to wait for the glitter to dry. Now that it is dry I finished assembling.

The image used here is the gorgeous Hand Me Downs from Saturated Canary. I so love these images, they are a joy to color and the eyes just bring them to life!

001 (Medium)

I kind of went a little off the card with the Magnolia swirls but I like the way that it turned out. I added flowers and used my Spellbinders Floral Ovals behind my image. Since she was a little large I traced the outside of Spellbinders Classic Ovals Large and then cut it out.

Here is a close up of her although I fought with creating folds in her dress and my color isn’t the best in the darkest area but she still looks good but me being a perfectionist …… oh well.

I colored her with the following Copics:

  • Skin – E13, E11, E00, E000, R20, BG53
  • Clothes – BG57, BG53, BG10, BG000, YR02, YR00, YR000, Ranger Stickles
  • Hair – E97, YR21, Y32

Thanks for stopping by and visiting!

This is simply gorgeous & your coloring is beautiful. After i read how you didnt like how the folds turned out I even zoomed in on it & don't find a flaw anywhere.
It's picture perfect !!!
